Currency Notes Rs.2000 and Rs.500
Central Government has announced another set of rule limiting exchange of demonetized currency notes with new currency notes limit revised across India.

The Govt to reduce the queues in all banks changed the rule by reducing the existing limit of Rs.4500/- to Rs.2000 over the counter exchange of old notes for new ones to Rs.2000 per person.


Besides, it relaxed weekly withdrawal limits for farmers and agriculture produce market committee (APMC) traders.


During this wedding season in India after receiving lots of complaints from the people govt has decided to allow withdraw cash from bank upto Rs.2.5 lakh either the bride or the groom.


Speaking to media Economic affairs secretary Shaktikanta das said, 'Central govt employees upto group C including state owned companies, military, railways and para-military organizations, will be given the option of taking salary advance upto Rs.1000 in cash, which will be adjusted against their November salaries.
