Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) Group General Manager Smita ravath speaking to media on this occasion said that ‘On first phase of trip Indian Railways to start new special train from Secunderabad on 10th October with name of ‘Temple Tour of North India with Matha Vishno devi’.
2014-15 Union Budget the Ministry of Railways announced to introduce special trains for the Pilgrimage.
On second phase of trip a special train to run for Holy Ganga – Yamuna pilgrimage on 10th October, 2015. Then after festival Dashera on 24th October, 2015 a special train to Vaishno Devi temple starts from Secunderabad and arrives on 2nd November, 2015 back to Secunderabad, said. Pilgrims who wish to travel in the above trains can lodge at Nalgonda, Guntur, Vijayawada, Khammam, Warangal railway stations.
Railway GM also added, ‘The 10 day trip pilgrims can visit Amritsar, Haridwar, Delhi, Mathura, Agra and Vishno Matha temple under special package. IRCTC take care of Travelers protection, Meals, accommodation, visiting of Local famous places etc. Travelers who wish to book for package they has to pay the charges for Sleeper Class is Rs.9100, AC III tier Rs.19700, AC Two tier Rs.26500 etc’.
Thailand Special Tour
IRCTC is planning to conduct five days vacation special tour for Thailand, said. This tour starts on 10th October, 2015 and return to Hyderabad on 14th October, 2015. Tourist visa will be arranged by IRCTC itself for tourists who wish to visit Thailand. Necessary arrangements will be made from Hyderabad Airport to Thailand and accommodation booked in special three star hotels along with a guide, said.
Under Five day trip to Thailand travelers can visit, Alkajar show, Coral Highland, Tiger Zoo, Jams gallery, Buddha Golden Temple, Safari World places in Thailand. For this travelers can register by paying amount of Rs.47340 for Adults, 37440 for children.
